The Finishing Touch founder, Dr. Summer Holloway, has built her practice around the core philosophy: beautiful results should look natural, balanced, and thoughtfully designed.

With an extensive background in cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics, Dr. Holloway approaches the face with a uniquely trained eye for proportion, symmetry, and structure. Her expertise goes far beyond the smile — blending advanced aesthetic treatments with a deep understanding of facial anatomy and long-term aging patterns.

As the owner of both Floss Dental Boutique and The Finishing Touch, Dr. Holloway created a new kind of aesthetic experience in Reno: one rooted in clinical precision, elevated patient care, and subtle, confidence-boosting results.

A Reno native, Dr. Holloway earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science with minors in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Nevada, Reno before receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has completed extensive continuing education in cosmetic dentistry, facial aesthetics, implants, prosthodontics, and advanced treatment planning.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and conservative aesthetic philosophy, Dr. Holloway specializes in treatments that enhance rather than alter. Her work focuses on facial harmony through expertly delivered BOTOX, filler, skin rejuvenation, TMJ therapy, smile enhancement, and non-surgical facial refinement.

Patients appreciate not only her precision and artistry, but also the calming, luxury environment she has created — one that feels more like a boutique wellness experience than a traditional clinical setting. Under her direction, The Finishing Touch was designed to offer discreet, comprehensive cosmetic care for patients seeking elevated aesthetics guided by true medical and anatomical expertise.

Lauren is an Advanced Aesthetician with a passion for helping patients look and feel like the best version of themselves. Originally from Oregon, she spent time in California before planting roots in Nevada in 2016. She has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2013 and expanded her expertise by becoming a licensed advanced aesthetician in 2022.

Lauren specializes in advanced treatments including laser services, microneedling, HydraFacial, EMFACE, and EXION—focusing on results-driven care that enhances natural beauty. She is known for her attentive approach, combining clear communication with personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.

Outside of the treatment room, Lauren enjoys cooking, camping, attending concerts, and spending quality time with family. She’s also a proud dog mom to her six-year-old dachshund, Harlow.
