The Finishing Touch – Aesthetic & Wellness Boutique

1. Membership Overview

The Finishing Touch offers three tiers of monthly membership designed to provide ongoing aesthetic and wellness benefits. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Billing & Payment Authorization

Membership fees are billed automatically each month on the same calendar date as your initial sign-up (e.g., if you enroll on the 16th, your payment will be processed on the 16th of each month). By enrolling, you authorize The Finishing Touch to securely store and charge your payment method on file for all recurring membership fees.

3. Membership Term Commitment

All memberships require a minimum commitment of six (6) consecutive months. During this initial term, memberships cannot be canceled, paused, or transferred.

4. Ongoing Membership & Renewal

After the initial six-month commitment has been fulfilled, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. Billing will continue each month unless and until a cancellation request is submitted and processed in accordance with the terms below.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: info@thefinishingtouchreno.com

Requests will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt. Membership billing will continue during this processing period. Your membership will remain active, and you will retain access to associated benefits, until the cancellation is finalized.

6. No Refund Policy

All membership fees are non-refundable. This includes any unused services, missed appointments, or remaining benefits within a billing cycle.

7. Membership Benefits & Usage

Membership benefits are intended solely for the enrolled member and may not be shared, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Specific inclusions vary by membership tier and are subject to change at the discretion of The Finishing Touch.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment method on file is declined, The Finishing Touch reserves the right to reattempt billing and/or suspend membership benefits until the account is brought current. Continued failure to process payment may result in account termination and collections action if necessary.

9. Changes to Membership Terms

The Finishing Touch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes in advance.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
